• Step 1:- First of all open this https://pan.vleclub.in/register/ website in your browser.
  
  
• Step 2:- The registration form will open in front of you, which has to be filled completely.
  
  
  
  
• Step 3:- Here you have to select Retailer in Full Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Full Address, PIN Code, State Name, Shop Name, Aadhaar Number and Pan Number Account type, then click on Register button, then you will get user id and password. will go. 
  
  
  
• Step 4:- Now you have to create the user id of this https://pan.vleclub.in/signin/ website, now you have to activate the NSDL ID, for that log in with the user and password you have just got on this website.                                                                                                                                                           
  
  
• Step 5:- You have to make payment by clicking on Instant Active button then this account will be activated then, you will get option to Activate NSDL Fingerprint ID                                                     
  
  
  
  
  
• Step 6:- You get to see something like this, now you have to pay 99 rupees, this is one time ID cost, which you have to pay once then you can apply unlimited PAN card.
  
  
• Step 7:- Before clicking on "Pay 99 with wallet(0)" check how much balance is available in your pan vle club wallet. If the balance is zero then add money to your first wallet.
  
  
  
  
• Step 8:-  As soon as you click on the “My Wallet Manager” section, you will get the option to add wallet, click on it.
  
  
• Step 9:- If you are adding PAN card to the payment wallet to activate id, then enter 99 in the amount input box and then click on the Pay button.
  
  
• Step 10:- If your ID has already been activated and you want to apply pan card, the pan card cost on you is 107 rupees, you will get the same pan card pdf and pvc pan card, enter 107 amount and then click on QR Pay button.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Step 11:- We have activated Finger Print PAN VLE Club id, and also added Rs. 107 payment from “My Wallet Manager” option.
  
  
• Step 12:- To apply for PAN card from PAN VLE Club - Click on the Single PAN Card section.
  
  
• Step 13:- New PAN eKYC/Instant - If you apply pan card by this method then you have to give OTP or fingerprint, after applying pan with this option pan card pdf is sent to pdf mail in 1-24 hours. You will get the same photo as your Aadhaar and in place of signature you will get a white colored box on which you can do manual signature, there it will be considered valid by ITD.
  
  
• Step 14:- New PAN Scanned based -  Same pan card OTP or Biometric will have to be given and at the time of applying pan card you can upload photo and signature, but same pan card pdf will be sent to your email id within 24-72 hours. Will arrive at address in 7-12 days.

• Step 21:- The SMS received on the registered mobile number has been entered here, now you have to click on the "Submit" button.
  
• Step 22:- Whatever details are asked to be filled here, all the details have to be filled. "Have you ever been known by any other name?" In this you have to tick on No, then click on Next button.

• Step 23:- "Whether Mother is a single parent and you width to apply for PAN by furnishing the name of your mother only?" In I select No, then enter your father's name below, here you have to enter father's name twice, to confirm the second time, then tick the father's name below then click on the Next button.

• Step 24:- Here select your source of income, if there is no source then tick on No Income, in Country Code (ISD Code) select India 91, there is no need to enter Area / STD Code, if you want to enter then from here Check, enter your mobile number, enter mail, select the address mode at which address you want to receive the PAN card, select the residence at office or at home and see below

• Step 25:- If you have selected RESIDENCE in your address mode, then leave the office address blank, fill only the RESIDENCE address, then click on the Next button

• Step 26:- Select the AO Code, for this, select the name of the state below, then the name of the city will open below, click on one of the AO Codes, then all the above AO Code AO Type AO Rang will be auto filled, if you want, you can also enter manually.

• Step 27:- Enter the place name from where you are making PAN card, enter the name of your city, then the date will be auto selected, then click on submit button

• Step 28:- The filled form will be shown in front of you, you have to check the form, if any mistake remains then click on edit button, if everything is fine then click on confirm button

• Step 29:- "OTP Based e-KYC" If mobile number is linked in your Aadhar card then you can select it, if mobile number is not linked or mobile is lost then click on "Biometric Based e-KYC"

• Step 30:- Click on select device and select your finger print machine name after that auto light will be lit in your device

• Step 31:- Put your finger, then the message of Saftalapurk will be displayed, then click on the submit button.

• Step 32:- Message of "e-KYC Authentication Successfull" will be displayed then click on OK button

• Step 33:- OTP Based e Sign or Biometric Based e Sign Click on any one, again you will get option to biometric then submit

• Step 34:- This will be seen after the biometric is successful

• Step 35:- Then you will get the message of payment success in front of you, then you will get the PAN application number.
