Follow the steps given below to link PAN Aadhaar with the online UTI PSA portal.
Step 1:- First of all you have to visit this link https://www.psaonline.utiitsl.com/psapanservices/forms/login.html/loginHome
Step 2:- Enter Username in "Enter User Id", Enter Password in "Enter Password" which was set while registering UTI PSA ID. Enter the captcha code then click on submit button.
Step 3:- If you do not have User Id and Password of UTI PSA ID Portal. And you can connect to this site https://uti.mypancenter.com/login/to get User Id. For this first you have to register on uti.mypancenter.in, then login, then click on eWallet PSA activation, then you will get the user and password of UTI PSA ID displayed. You can do all this work by yourself.
Step 4:- As soon as you enter the username and password, after that you will get to see the dashboard of UTI PSA portal.
Step 5:- "Available Balance with HO", here my balance is zero. For this you have to add a payment of 50 rupees. There is no direct option to add payment or add balance in UTI PSA ID Portal, so you have to transfer balance to UTI PSA ID Portal from this site uti.mypancenter.in. For this you will get the option of Coupon Purchase as UTIITSL Manager, click on it and you can add balance direct on UTI PSA Portal. As you transfer from loan, the balance will be added to the wallet of this UTI PSA portal.
Step 6:- Click on PAN-Aadhaar Link > PAN-Aadhaar Link Application > Apply for PAN-Aadhaar Link.
Step 7:- You get to see some interface like this. From here you can get PAN Aadhaar linked for biometrics done. Enter PAN number here.
Step 8:- If you enter PAN card number then do it again "Applicant is advised to visit the e-filing portal to check the PAN Aadhaar link status. In case PAN Aadhaar is not linked visit the PAN Center for biometric authentication." This error comes. So what does it mean, and why it comes, how can it be removed?
There can be two reasons for this error -
If the challan of Rs 1000 is not updated on your PAN card number. Or the PAN Aadhaar link has already been done. Then you get this error.
If you have paid for Aadhaar link to your PAN a few days back. But the payment is not updated yet. So you get to see an error like this.
Step 9:- Which you will enter the PAN number. If we have 1000 challan link or update with pan card then you will get to see "Fees payment Challan Number/ CIN and date" record.
Step 10:- Now you have to enter "Aadhaar Number" and "Name as per Aadhaar Card", "Mobile Number", "Email ID" number or ID.
Step 11:- Now you have to tick "ITD Challan Receipt", "PAN Card", "Aadhaar Card" and "Declaration".
Step 12:- After filling all the details you have to click on the submit button.
Step 13:- Then click on the "Make Payment" button in front of you. Then Rs 50 will be deducted from your UTI PSA portal wallet.
Step 15:- Then you get to see the interface with Biometric Authentication. Your biometric device name will be displayed in AVDM. Now you have to click on Capture button. Then you have to capture the finger print of the customer.
Step 17:- Then you get to see some such interface in front of you. From here you have to print two receipts. First of all, you have to click on the print button. And to take a print of the display receipt, after downloading it, click on the Download PDF form.
Step 18:- When you click on Download PDF Form, the print out of your Consent form will be taken out, then you will have to sign in the signature box.
Step 19:- You have to upload the document for PAN Aadhaar linking on UTIITSL PSA ID Portal, for that you have to create a PDF of the document in which you have to 1. Acknowledgment Receipt, 2. Consent From with sign, 3. 1000 rupees fee receipt , 4. PAN Card Copy, Aadhar Card Copy You have to merge all this in one PDF.
Step 20:- You have to follow this step to upload the document PAN-Aadhaar Link > Documents > Upload Document (PAN-Aadhaar Link).
Step 21:- Then you will have your application in "List of pending document applications". Then you have to click on the Upload Crop File button.
Step 22:- Now you have to make a PDF of all (1. Acknowledgment Receipt, 2. Copy of PAN card, 3. Copy of Aadhaar card, 4. Copy of Signed Consent Form, 5. Copy of Challan), whose maximum size Must be less than 2 MB, you need to click on choose file button and upload PDF, then click on submit button.
Step 23:- As soon as you select the PDF and upload it, you will get a message that your document has been uploaded successfully.
Step 24:- As you leave after doing so much work then your PAN Aadhaar link gets linked after 48-72 hours.
Step 25:- When you check PAN Aadhaar linking status after few days from e-filing website then you get to see such interface. Here you can see the message of already given Aadhaar is linked which means your Aadhaar PAN is linked.
